The Arts Society of Sutton Coldfield

Update January 2022
Unfortunately the TASSC meetings are currently on hold until further notice, following the sad loss of their Chairman, Graham Grove.

Did you know that there is a local society dedicated to the promotion of the arts – ranging from paintings to architecture to music to garden sculptures?

The Arts Society Sutton Coldfield has over 150 members drawn from Sutton Coldfield, Walsall and other areas and meets at 2.15pm on the second Wednesday afternoon of the month (except August and September).

You can enjoy monthly talks by a wide range of distinguished experts, including from arts centres like Tate Modern, the V&A, and the British Museum. Afterwards, you can mingle with like-minded fellow members over a cup of tea and a biscuit – not to mention some of the harder stuff when the occasion arises.

Details of forthcoming lecture programme, together with any outings to museums, churches and houses and famous gardens can be found on their website.

If you wish to find out more about the Society, and maybe come along as a visitor, please contact:
