“Hi, I just wanted to send some feedback following our hire of the All Saints church centre for my son’s 5th birthday party which was held in May 2023.

The whole process from start to finish was superb, I’d looked into many many venues but really like the spacious hall, private car park on site and the fantastic professional kitchen facilities that All Saints offered.

Karen made our entire booking journey so simple and offered a walk round to show us all of the light, kitchen, first aid and bin/recycling spots. She was so lovely and helpful with all of my questions having never hired a venue before.

The room itself is beautiful, an abundance of tables and chairs and a really nice high ceiling to make sure the room felt light and airy all through the party. We had 30 children attend with 30 parents, a DJ and a face painter and we still had ample space to chat and wander round which just shows the space available. It was also nice to have options of lighting and not the usual strip light that can feel very clinical.

The kitchen services were impressive with kettles, cups, cutlery, cleaning facilities and bin bags all provided and beautifully clean.

All in all I would hire All Saints church again in a heartbeat! Thanks for having us.”

“I have only recently set up my business running baby and toddler classes in Sutton Coldfield.  I regularly hire the Community Centre Building and the process really couldn’t have been made easier for me.  Karen was very happy to show me around the rooms and offered me lots of information with regards to parking, facilities etc. It is very easy to book and pay for the room, with an invoice sent each month displaying all of the costs to make it nice and simple.

I have been offered lots of support with my business along the way also as my poster has been clearly displayed in the foyer and my leaflets are available also for people to pick up as they enter and leave the building.

The room itself is ideal, it is spacious, light and airy.  It has all of the facilities required such as well looked after toilets, baby change and kitchen area. It is always immaculately clean! The parking facilities are fantastic too, my customers have never encountered issues finding a space. I really look forward to continuing using the room as it has not only met but surpassed my expectations! They provide an excellent security system at the entrance to the building and provide a high level of cleanliness any hygiene. The administrative staff are easy to communicate with and are very helpful and accommodating. All Saints provide excellent hire rates and our club are delighted to have the Centre for our sports evening.”
